P\u0159ipom\u00edn\u00e1 v\u00e1m to n\u011bco?&#13; V\u011bt\u0161ina z n\u00e1s asi pro\u017eila sv\u00e9 d\u011btstv\u00ed v klasick\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u0161kole, kde bylo hlavn\u00edm po\u017eadavkem sed\u011bt, b\u00fdt potichu a d\u00e1vat pozor, co n\u00e1m pan u\u010ditel nebo pan\u00ed u\u010ditelka \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed. U zkou\u0161en\u00ed jsme zpam\u011bti od\u0159\u00edkali nau\u010denou l\u00e1tku a dostali za sv\u016fj v\u00fdstup odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed zn\u00e1mku. U\u010ditel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed by po \u017e\u00e1c\u00edch vy\u017eadovali n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho a sna\u017eili se s \u017e\u00e1ky uskute\u010dnit n\u011bjak\u00fd projekt, bylo minimum.&#13; &#13; Ta doba u\u017e je v\u0161ak minulost\u00ed a mnoz\u00ed lid\u00e9 se sna\u017e\u00ed zkostnat\u011bl\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed zm\u011bnit. P\u0159i klasick\u00e9 vyu\u010dovac\u00ed hodin\u011b to jde pomalu, ale v r\u00e1mci voln\u00e9ho \u010dasu jsou mo\u017enosti v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed.&#13; &#13; Jedn\u00edm z takov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edstup\u016f je z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e1 pedagogika.&#13; Z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e1 pedagogika je syst\u00e9m vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd je zalo\u017een\u00fd na schopnosti lidsk\u00e9 pam\u011bti vst\u0159eb\u00e1vat informace, jejich\u017e vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed je prov\u00e1zeno intenzivn\u00ed emoc\u00ed.&#13; &#13; U\u010d\u00edme se tedy z d\u016fsledk\u016f vlastn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed, hled\u00e1me netradi\u010dn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed a p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1me \u00fakoly a v\u00fdzvy.&#13; Velkou p\u0159ednost\u00ed tohoto vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je rozvoj tv\u016fr\u010d\u00edch postup\u016f a aktivn\u00edho jedn\u00e1n\u00ed. \u017d\u00e1k \u010di student nen\u00ed jen pouh\u00fdm poslucha\u010dem \u010di pozorovatelem, ale st\u00e1v\u00e1 se aktivn\u00edm \u010dinitelem a svou aktivitou z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1 nov\u00e9 schopnosti a dovednosti.&#13; Z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e1 pedagogika pracuje s pro\u017eitkem jako prost\u0159edkem k ovliv\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u017e\u00e1ka (klienta). Pedagog z\u00e1m\u011brn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed situace, v nich\u017e p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1 intenzivn\u00ed pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed a n\u00e1sledn\u011b s t\u011bmito pro\u017eitky pracuje a t\u011b\u017e\u00ed ze zp\u011btn\u00e9 vazby s \u017e\u00e1kem.&#13; &#13; U\u010den\u00ed se prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm z\u00e1\u017eitku je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 u mal\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1k\u016f, vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00fdch student\u016f i p\u0159i vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00fdch. Prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9 pedagogiky lze tedy vzd\u011bl\u00e1vat d\u011bti ve \u0161kole, st\u0159edo\u0161kol\u00e1ky, vysoko\u0161kolsk\u00e9 studenty, nebo zorganizovat stmeluj\u00edc\u00ed akci pro pracovn\u00ed kolektiv.&#13; &#13; Jist\u011b u\u017e jste n\u011bkdy zaslechli pojmy jako teambuilding, outdoor training nebo workshop.&#13; A pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159i t\u011bchto akc\u00edch se principy z\u00e1\u017eitkov\u00e9 pedagogiky hojn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed.&#13; &#13; Velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm p\u0159edpokladem p\u0159enosu do praxe je proces reflexe z\u00edskan\u00fdch pro\u017eitk\u016f a zku\u0161enost\u00ed. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee pedagog a klient si po aktivit\u011b spole\u010dn\u011b sednou a vyjasn\u00ed si, jak\u00e1 m\u011bli o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed, co je v pr\u016fb\u011bhu aktivity p\u0159ekvapilo, \u010demu se p\u0159iu\u010dili, jak by mohli dan\u00fd probl\u00e9m \u0159e\u0161it jinak. Se zji\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdmi z\u00e1v\u011bry pak n\u00e1sledn\u011b pracuj\u00ed a dle libosti mohou stanovit doporu\u010den\u00ed do budoucna.&#13; &#13; Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed organizac\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se zab\u00fdv\u00e1 z\u00e1\u017eitkovou pedagogikou a realizac\u00ed kurz\u016f pro d\u011bti i dosp\u011bl\u00e9 je Pr\u00e1zdninov\u00e1 \u0161kola Lipnice.
